Where does Luvluv produce its garments?

Luvluv tennis apparel is designed and manufactured in Georgia, USA.  We produce our garments using high quality fabrics and aim to provide our customers with a beautiful product. We are proud to say "made in USA".

How should I select the size best for me?

Our skirts are made to wear about an inch below your natural waist (belly button) so measure around that area and find the closest size to that on our size chart.

How soon will my order ship?

In stock merchandise ships out within 2-3 business days and should arrive within 4-7 business days.  If an item is out of stock, please contact us so we can give you an estimated ship date.

How is my payment processed?

Luvluv accepts payments by credit card through Paypal.  You do not need to open a Paypal account to check out.

Paypal, the global leader in online payments, is a safe, secure way to make purchases over the internet.

How much is shipping and handling? 

We offer a flat fee of $4.95 when shipping to anywhere in the United States.  Shipping to Canada is a flat fee $15.00, other international locations a flat fee of $ 25.00.

Which carrier will ship my items?

We use the United States Postal Service as our shipping carrier.  For large orders, we may ship via UPS.

Do you charge sales tax?

Orders shipped within the state of Georgia will be charged sales tax at a rate of 7.00%

Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

Our goal is to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.  If you want to return or exchange your unused item, please e-mail us at: luvluvtennis@outlook.com for a return authorization within 15 days of receiving your order.  Briefly explain the reason for return and if applicable, describe the item you want in exchange.  We will send you a return authorization code via e-mail and easy instructions on how to complete your return/exchange.  All items must have the original hangtag attached.  You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return an item back to us.  Custom merchandise (extra long length) is not returnable.

How will I know you've received my return?

Luvluv will not be responsible for merchandise lost in transit, so we suggest you use a shipment with a tracking number. Once we've received the return merchandise we will e-mail you a confirmation and  issue a credit to your account promptly.
